Times Top 100

Childbase has entered the Times Top 100 awards in 2006, 2007 and 2009. We are the only childcare company to be awarded Best Companies and Times Top 100 accreditation. As part of the entry criteria Best Companies surveyed our staff relating to 8 main key factors including leadership, wellbeing, giving something back, personal growth, my team, my manager, my company and fair deal.

In 2009 we were ranked in the top 25 of the Top 100 for Personal Growth with 77% of our staff finding their jobs stimulating and say their colleagues are fun to work with. 74% of our staff also said that our training was of great personal benefit. This statistic put us within the top 10 entries in the final category judgments across the top 100 companies in the UK.
