Testimonials

I have worked for Childbase for ten years and have always felt valued and supported within my role of qualified nursery practitioner and recently team leader. I work within a strong, motivated team who have just gained an outstanding from Ofsted-Wow!!! The company is inspirational and always looks at ways to support, guide and give its staff opportunities to grow and develop, giving us the tools to work with and allowing individual strengths to develop. The benefits offered are exceptional and I strongly believe that Childbase is one in a million!

I have worked as a Manager for Child Base since June 2004 and during this time I have had the opportunity to develop my career through both managing the nursery on a daily basis and being involved in work projects and committees within the company. Through the charity committee I had the amazing experience of visiting a school in Uganda when Child Base raised enough money to build a school in a remote part of the country. Other opportunities have involved reviewing policies and procedures and re-designing learning journeys for children and the curriculum planning documents used by all the nurseries. In November 2009 I was promoted to an Area Manager which now enables me to support three other nurseries whilst continuing to manage my own nursery. In my new role I am able to share my knowledge and skills with other Managers to support them in their role.
